OUR PROCESS
Templating the Space
Upon receiving the deposit, we set up an appointment to visit the job site to measure and create a template for the project, which gives us a model to work from back at the shop.
Photos may be taken during this step and it may take anywhere from several hours to several days, depending on the project scope.
It is important for the customer to be present or reachable by phone during templating.
Building the Form
Using the photos, measurements and template as a guide, a form is constructed in our shop and then prepared for concrete.
Casting the Concrete
Our high performance concrete formula is accurately batched, mixed and expertly placed into the form where it will rest for a time.
Once removed from the form the concrete is transferred for processing.
Bringing out the Beauty
After curing, the shaping and grinding process begins. The edges are shaped by hand, then the surface is ground to reveal the character within creating the visual texture desired by the client. The piece is then filled, densified and hand processed to a smooth beautiful finish.

Sealing the Surface
We use the latest technology in our sealing process, and never topical coatings.
Our sealing process uses heat to open the pores of the concrete in order to coax the sealer into them. The sealing components chemically react with the concrete to form a bond, which seals your concrete to a natural feel and a long lasting beautiful finish.
The low VOC sealer is very safe, both in our manufacturing and for your home.
Delivery and Installation
When your concrete countertops, sink or furniture project is finished and ready to be installed, an appointment will be scheduled. We will carefully transport and place your work of art in it's forever home.
